By placing an order with Eye Candy Iris at Foley Vision Center, you agree to the following terms.
Orders and Payment
Please provide accurate contact information, your photography event or location, and your customer number so we can identify your images. Payment is due when you place your order. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed at checkout.
Custom Artwork and Proof Approval
Your artwork is created specifically for you. Before printing, we will email you an electronic proof for approval. Please review the design, spelling, image selection, and other details carefully. Printing begins only after you approve your proof. Changes requested after approval may involve additional charges, which we will discuss with you first.
Colors and Appearance
Colors and brightness may vary slightly between screens and finished products. Your iris image may be artistically enhanced, cropped, or combined with other images according to your selected design.
Cancellations and Returns
Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. Once production begins, custom products cannot be canceled or returned due to a change of mind. Delivered digital artwork is also nonreturnable for change of mind. These restrictions do not limit your rights concerning defective, damaged, incorrect, or undelivered products.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from your approved proof, contact us promptly with your order number and photographs of the issue. Please retain the packaging when possible. We will work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement, correction, or refund.
Shipping and Pickup
We will communicate the expected completion and shipping or pickup timing for your order. Please provide an accurate delivery address. If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will contact you to obtain your agreement to a revised date or offer cancellation and a refund for unshipped merchandise, as required by law.
Privacy and Image Permission
We handle your information and images according to our Privacy Policy. Purchasing artwork does not give us permission to use your images publicly for marketing. We request that permission separately. A parent or legal guardian must authorize photography services involving a minor.
Artistic Services Only
Iris photography is provided for artistic and decorative purposes. It is not an eye examination, medical screening, or diagnosis.
